“Warmth, compassion, and a holistic approach is central to my approach to nursing care. When health situations are challenging, I believe that knowledge is power and in deeply listening to vulnerable elders, their individual stories are heard and creative solutions are found. Empathy and advocacy are the qualities that drew me to continue on my journey to advanced doctorate studies in nursing and working with HealthSense is a perfect match for my talents. In the care management community setting, I can directly connect with older adults and their families to analyze their unique health issues and create an impactful plan of care to not only improve their quality of life but to empower them to thrive in their elderhood.”
