Mary Jo is a board-certified adult and geriatric primary care nurse practitioner who has practiced throughout the metropolitan area for the past 20 years. Her clinical expertise is focused on enabling aging individuals to remain safely at home. As a professional committed to patient and family-centered care, Mary Jo provides skillful navigation support to her clients during transitions from hospital to home, coordinating treatment planning with multiple specialists and empowering them to make informed decisions about longer-term care preferences. She has demonstrated capability in palliative and end-of-life care and is a compassionate and knowledgeable clinician. Mary Jo remains up to date on the latest advances in healthcare options as member of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine and the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties.
