Blair Durham, RN, BSN

Blair is a Nurse Care Manager and a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in home health care. A native of South Louisiana, Blair earned her nursing degree from Louisiana State University and began her career in a hospital setting in Lafayette. After just one year, she recognized her true calling—advocating for patients beyond the hospital walls.

During her time at the hospital, Blair saw firsthand how many patients were discharged without the support they truly needed. This sparked her passion for home health, where she could follow patients’ progress, support their long-term outcomes, and be an advocate for their medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Blair went on to spend over a decade working in the field for a home health company, providing compassionate, individualized care. She is deeply committed to helping patients navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way.
